hey queen. didn't love your purchase? sundayriot will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on www.sundayriot.com for store credit ONLY within 21 days of delivery. accessories are considered final sale.

returns received within 21 days of delivery will be inspected for signs of wear or use. if item is deemed in returnable condition, we’ll issue you store credit. your package must be post-marked and sent back within 21 days of the original delivery date. 

to submit a request for a return, email us at shopsundayriot@gmail.com . if item is deemed to not be in returnable condition, your items will be shipped back to you at your expense and no store credit will be issued, including shipping costs. we reserve the right to refuse a refund on product if the product appears to be damaged by the customer. 

if an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (shopsundayriot@gmail.com) within 5 days. item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damage. after 5 days, sundayriot can no longer be responsible. 

all sale items are final sale. sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, store credit codes, markdowns, & popup shops. any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. 

all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases, returns & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.  

 

please note: when shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package.  we are not responsible for lost exchanges/returns. once your return is received please allow up to 5 business days for this to process. 

exchanges

because of the fast selling nature of our products we do not offer exchanges, only store credit. if you need a different size in the same item you can use your store credit toward that or any other item on our site. our credit never expires.
